APPROACH

Safety First

Safety is an integral part of our everyday activities. The Health and Safety of our employees, contractors, visitors and stakeholders is a priority in our efforts to achieve an injury free work environment.

Our experienced Health and Safety Team ensure the compliance of all Policies, Procedures and Standards by undertaking internal audits to continually improve the Mobilise Safety Management System to strive to achieve an injury free workplace.

Mobilise understands that safety is an ever-evolving process and we strive to meet the highest standards possible, at all times. Mobilise has an impeccable safety record and ongoing training ensures all personnel and services meet, and where possible exceed, required industry standards.

CAREER GROWTH

Committed to putting people first, we believe in the professional development and career growth of all our Mobilise employees. Much like our site operations, we understand that career growth is a Work in Progress and provide first-class professional development opportunities on a regular basis.

We develop our people so that they are work ready - culturally, socially and vocationally, and we support and enhance their career and aspirations development.

Ranging from on-site training and upskilling to mentoring sessions, we are proud to stay ahead of the learning curve and provide a fulfilling and supportive career for our workforce.

Our success derives from our separate business units which enable the entire group to leverage off resources across many talent pools and strengthen our brand awareness, which also grows and enhances our core competencies to meet emerging industry needs.

First PEOPLe indigenous employment

Through our Indigenous employment program, First People™, we are focused on closing the gap between industry and Indigenous communities. Our program sets us apart from other Indigenous employers with our work ready training, development and mentor program.

Our All Stars also participate in a specialised four-week development course that teaches them the required skills to fulfil the jobs they will be stepping into under the program.

The process in the delivery of the First People™ – All Stars into a specific area is as follows:
1. Engagement with local communities.
2. Partnering with local mobs.
3. Recruitment and selection of local Indigenous staff.
4. Placement on the First People™ program (normally 2 - 4 weeks).
5. Placement in job locations within work teams with team leaders.
6. Ongoing mentoring engaged to support individuals during and most importantly after hours.
