About The Roles

Mechanical Supervisors

​​

Reporting to the Mechanical Superintendent, you will be responsible for the onsite supervision of fitters, boilermakers, scaffolders, trades assistants and riggers. As the onsite face of Mobilise, you will be interacting with current and future clients & suppliers.
​

  • Various work rosters available.

  • Attractive permanent pay packages with the potential of relocation compensation.

  • Ability to multi-task and perform duties to a high safety and quality standard.

  • Training and upskilling opportunities will be provided.

  • Ability to work well within a team environment as well as with minimal supervision.

  • Solid understanding of workplace OH&S.

  • Dual trade candidates will be highly regarded.

ELECTRICAL Supervisors

Reporting to the Electrical Superintendent, you will be responsible for the onsite supervision of a team of Electricians and Refrigeration Mechanics. As the onsite face of Mobilise, you will be interacting with current and future clients & suppliers.
​

  • Current Electrical Licences must be provided.

ELECTRICIANS

Reporting to the Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for carrying out installations, fault finding, preventative maintenance, attending to breakdowns and repairs for our growing list of onsite and offsite clients. You will be working alongside a team of refrigeration mechanics and trades assistants.
​

  • Trades Certificates in Cert III in Electrotechnology Electrician (Fitter/Mechanic).

  • Various work rosters.

  • Attractive permanent pay packages with the potential of relocation compensation.

  • Proof of Current Australian recognised Electrical Trade Qualification and Licences.

  • Candidates with mining experience will be highly regarded.  

  • Training and upskilling opportunities will be provided.

REFRIGERATION MECHANICS

Reporting to the Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for carrying out installations, fault finding, preventative maintenance, attending to breakdowns and repairs for our growing list of onsite and offsite clients. You will be working alongside a team of electricians and trades assistants.
​

  • Dual trade candidates encouraged to apply.

  • Trade Certificates/Licence in refrigeration & air-conditioning.

  • Various work rosters and big hours available.

MECHANICAL FITTERS
​

As a Mechanical Fitter in our team, you will be responsible for ongoing maintenance works, projects and shutdown works. You will work alongside boilermakers, scaffolders, trade assistants, and riggers to complete installations, fault finding, preventative maintenance, attending to breakdowns and repairs for the local and out-of-town mine sites.
​

  • Trade Certificate III in Engineering Fitter – Mechanical and/or Fitting and Turning.

  • Out-of-town works available.

  • Various work rosters and big hours available.

  • Attractive permanent pay packages with the potential of relocation compensation.

  • Training and upskilling opportunities will be provided.

  • Dual Tradesman and High-Risk Licensees will be highly regarded.

BOILERMAKERS

​​

As a Boilermaker in our team, you will be responsible for ongoing maintenance works, projects and shutdown works. You will work alongside mechanical fitters, scaffolders, trade assistants, and riggers to complete installations, fault finding, preventative maintenance, attending to breakdowns and repairs for the local and out-of-town mine sites.
​

  • Trade Certificate III in Engineering Fabrication – Boilermaker, Welder and/or Sheetmetal Working.

  • Out-of-town works available.

  • Various work rosters and big hours available.

  • Attractive permanent pay packages with the potential of relocation compensation.

  • Training and upskilling opportunities will be provided.

  • Dual Tradesman and High-Risk Licensees will be highly regarded.

RIGGERS

​​

As a member of the Mobilise Team, you will be working alongside a team of Mechanical Fitters, Boilermakers, Scaffolders, and Trades Assistants to complete various onsite and offsite works including the erection of steel structures. The successful candidate will be highly skilled and be flexible with duties.
​

  • Current High-Risk Work Licence of RB, RI or RA will be essential.

  • Applicants with additional tickets and licences will be highly regarded (LF, WP, CN).

  • Out-of-town works available.

  • Various work rosters and big hours available.

  • Attractive permanent pay packages with the potential of relocation compensation.

  • Training and upskilling opportunities will be provided.

TRADE ASSISTANTS - TICKETED
​

As a vital member of the Mobilise Team, our Trades Assistants will be experienced in the mining and/or construction industry. You will be flexible with your duties and will have a keen attitude. You will be working alongside a team of Mechanical Fitters, Boilermakers, and Riggers to complete various projects and shutdowns.
 

Current QLD High-Risk Work Licences in the following will be highly regarded:

  • Dogman (DG)

  • Forklift (LF)

  • Boom-Type EWP (>11 metres)

  • Franna (CN)

  • Out-of-town works available.

  • Various work rosters and big hours available.

  • Successful candidates must reside permanently in Mount Isa.

  • Training and upskilling opportunities will be provided.
